• Ready pieces — in-stock or quick-turnaround items, sold as displayed. Minor natural variation in wood grain, metal finish or engraving depth may occur and is not considered a defect.
• Custom & personalized orders — made to your specifications. By placing the order you confirm the design, text, size and material details are correct. Errors in details you submitted at checkout are not covered — see our Return Process.
• Product images are for illustration; actual colour and finish may vary slightly with photography, lighting and screen settings.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of applicable GST. The tax applied to your order is always itemised at checkout.

Payment is accepted via UPI (QR code at checkout). Additional payment methods, including card and net banking via Razorpay, may be enabled as they become available. The methods available to you are always shown at checkout.

Custom and personalized orders require full payment in advance. Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will inform you before processing any affected order.

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance by email.
• We may decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment made will be refunded in full.

Once an order is confirmed, we dispatch within 3-7 business days, depending on the piece and the level of customization involved.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Our Cancellation Policy, Return Process and Refund Policy pages form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. In summary:

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are confirmed for production.
• Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit or defective.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, and we do not offer exchanges.

All designs, product photography, logos and site content are the property of Fankaara and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without our written permission.

For custom orders where you provide your own design, text or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.

Fankaara may showcase custom pieces we have made in our own marketing — for example on our website, in our portfolio, or on social media. We will not publish your name, address, order details or any other personal information alongside them. If you would prefer a piece made for you not to be shown, tell us at hello@fankaara.com and we will honour that.

To the extent permitted by law, Fankaara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
