Shipping at a Glance
- Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order across India. There is no minimum order value, and nothing is added at checkout.
- Dispatch
Every piece is made to order and dispatched within 3–7 business days of your order being confirmed.
- Delivery
Usually 5–8 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are often sooner; remote areas may take longer.
- Where we ship
India only. We do not ship internationally yet.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from your account.
Missed Delivery
The courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel still cannot be delivered it returns to us, and we'll email you to arrange redelivery. The reshipping cost is payable by you.
Changing Your Address
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Email hello@fankaara.com with your order number and the new address as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Unserviceable Pin Codes
We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code cannot be served, we'll contact you and refund you in full. We do not ship internationally yet.
