Home décor should not always mean picking something ready-made. The pieces that matter most usually have a story behind them — a small thought, a memory, a name, a rough idea someone sketched and never quite let go of. Fankaara exists to take that and turn it into something beautiful in your space.

It had been a dream project long before it opened.

Fankaara comes from fankaar — an artist, a craftsman, someone who brings creativity to life through skill. Being a Fankaar means putting craft, care and soul into everything you make. That is the standard the name sets, and it is the one we hold ourselves to.

We design in-house, and we work closely with skilled artisans and experienced makers across India who bring those designs to life using laser cutting, CNC and other finishing techniques. Every piece goes through our own quality check before it reaches you.

We believe in working with the right people rather than doing everything under one roof. The makers we partner with have spent years getting good at what they do, and a design cut in brass needs different hands from one cut in wood. Our job is to design well, choose the right hands for each piece, and check the result properly before it goes out.

That last part matters more than it sounds. A piece can come back technically correct and still be wrong — an edge that catches the light oddly, a curve that lost its tension somewhere between the drawing and the cut. Those are the ones we send back.

Laser-cut wall art, home décor and personalised gifts, in mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium, acrylic and wood. Some pieces you can order exactly as they are listed. Others you can personalise with a name, a date or a logo, or have made in a custom size. And some start as nothing more than an idea you send us.

Attention to every line, every curve, every detail — that is the part we care about most.

We never wanted Fankaara to feel like just another décor store selling ready-made, mass-produced pieces with no story behind them. It is about ideas, craftsmanship, and the people behind each piece.
